Fishes & Loaves - Sunday, September 5, 2010, will be our next collection for our food ministry to those in need. The first Sunday of each month pantry items, including hygiene and cleaning items, are collected for two area groups that provide assistance. For some it is a temporary need, but for many it is an extended state. Please consider what you can provide for this ministry and bring it with you to the 'red wagon' that Sunday. Shopping List: Canned meats, Canned fruit, Soups (canned or dry), Grits, Rice & Noodles, Spaghetti sauce and noodles, Coffee & powered milk, Flour & corn meal, Muffin mixes.

Connect 101 - the next session of Connect 101 (the "doorway" to St. Paul's ) will be held on Wednesday, September 15 from 6:30-8 pm. Contact Connect Coordinator, Cathy McGrew for details.

Re-Ignite - Waylaid by Light, the Gospel that John Wrote - a weekend of powerful teaching by the Rev. John Barr. A weekend teaching and children's program, September 11-12, 2010. More details to come.

Reading Camp: The Rev. Fred Berkaw has vision for a reading camp in Summerville. He has visited a very successful program in the Diocese of Lexington, KY and is planning a camp in Summerville. Contact Fred for more information.

Monthly Eucharist at The Village of Summerville - 3:30 pm on the first Wednesday of every month. All are invited. Next date is September 1, 2010.
