Rental Facilities

Facilities available for events are Doar Hall and the Doar Hall Atrium.  Contact the Parish Administrator by email or by phone 843.873.1991 ext. 28.

Doar Hall (includes Doar Hall & Atrium)

Base cost to rent for someone who is a Confirmed St. Paul’s Communicant in Good Standing | $750*
(includes set-up and take down. A cleaning fee is also $250.)

Base cost to rent for someone who is NOT a Confirmed St. Paul’s Communicant in Good Standing | $3,000*
(A set-up and take down fee is $750. The cleaning fee is $250.) 

Event Host | $30 per hour
(required for duration of event in Atrium and Doar Hall for all outside groups)

Optional Audio/Visual Tech Support | $50 per hour/per person needed

*Required Security Deposit | $1,500
(separate check made out to St. Paul’s Anglican not going toward rental fee)

  • Kitchen for serving and warming food only
  • Handicapped accessible restroom

  • Seat/Eat 450 (Will seat 500)
  • 30 – 6 ft rectangular tables
  • 10 – 5 ft round tables (seat 8)

(The set-up and take down fee is $250. A cleaning fee is $150.)

Ambler Hall

 

Base cost to rent for someone who is a Confirmed St. Paul’s Communicant in Good Standing | No Fee
(The set-up and take down fee is $500. A cleaning fee is $250.)

*Required Security Deposit | $375
(separate check made out to St. Paul’s Anglican Church not going toward rental fee)

Base cost to rent for someone who is NOT a Confirmed St. Paul’s Communicant in Good Standing | $2,000*

(The set-up and take down fee is $500. A cleaning fee is $250.)

Event Host | $30 per hour
(required for duration of event for all outside groups)

*Required Security Deposit | $1,000
(separate check made out to St. Paul’s Anglican Church not going toward rental fee)

*Security deposit is required to reserve Doar Hall and/or Atrium and is due when the application is signed. If the building sustains any damages or is not vacated by 10:00 PM (when used on Saturday evenings) the deposit will not be refunded. If no damages are sustained, and the building is vacated on time, the deposit will be returned within ten days. 

**Full refund if the event is canceled 45 days prior to the date scheduled. Half refund 14 days prior to the date scheduled. No refund if your event is canceled less than two weeks prior to the date
scheduled.
